In the same time, it is probably blowing your mind off... I mean, "How does this work?" and "Why does it work?"

How does this work? And Why?

Let me explain... both scientifically and base on Traditional Chinese Medicine.

You already know this: We need oxygen.

But the oxygen content in the air now - is dangerously approaching its lowest limit. Why? Pollution. Pollution. Pollution.

Scientists have determined that the oxygen content in our air is being reduced by about 0.8% every 15 years.

Studies shown oxygen content is 50% lesser now!

And studies have shown that the amount of oxygen in the air that we breathe in today has decreased by 50% compare to the days of our ancestors.

As a result, you are getting less of the good 'air' now than before.

Even if the oxygen content is still full 21%... your lungs, with you normal breathing pattern, cannot receive them all. It has scientifically proven, with your average breathing speed of 16-18 breath per minute, you are getting only 1,572 to 1,768.5ml oxygen content.

With my slow, deep, long breathing, you only need 9 breath per minute, yet you are getting 3,719.25 to 11,279.25ml oxygen content.

Get 2-7 times more oxygen!

Conclusion: with this technique alone, you can draw in 2-7 times more oxygen into your lungs. Also, slow breathing speed means longer air retention in the lungs. This allows your lungs cells to make full use of the air before releasing it. They are fully charged and oxidized.

More oxygen = More energy for your body. And increase blood circulation to flush out more toxins from your body through the skin surface!

Of course, 2-7 times more oxygen doesn't means that you body will absorb all of them.

But because our oxygen content is half lower, and most of us are confined to badly ventilated air-conditioned offices for 7 hours or more a day.

This creates a symptom called oxygen starvation and our cells are suffocated, which is killing us gradually without us realizing it.  And medical experts considered lack of oxygen in the cells is the root cause of many degenerative diseases that attack and destroy our immune systems!

More oxygen to balance and offset oxygen starvation!

Through increase of 2-7 times oxygen intake, 'oxygen starvation' and 'cell suffocation' problems can be offset, and a balance can be struck.

No - there's no over-oxygenation. You body is clever enough to absorb the amount you need.

Now, based on Chinese Medical system - your body has 'Qi' (energy). That travels through a network of channels in your body. This 'Qi' should be sufficient and balance.

Improper breathing reduce the amount of 'Qi' and causes imbalance. Thus, your internal organs and functions may not work properly. If they cannot work properly, aren't you worry that your body will slowly become more and more unhealthy?

Many Chinese system like Qigong, meditation or Tai Chi focus on 'Qi'.
